Terri is an Ohio raised girl who was always attracted to the west. As soon as she received her BS in Biology at Wittenberg University in Ohio, she moved to Gunnison Colorado where she took advanced courses in Biology at Western State Colorado College and enjoyed the mountain fun and beauty. Three years later she moved to Fort Collins to obtain an MS in Entomology at Colorado State University. Upon completion of her Masters degree she was hired to run the agricultural insect pest research lab at CSU which she did for 20 years.
Her personal experience of owning various personal residences, a hobby farm, rental properties, and mountain properties was the catalyst for her to enter into the real estate business. She believes that ownership in real estate is a great investment and loves to help others find their dream homes, vacation homes, or investment property.
When Terri is not working with real estate or identifying insects she enjoys playing with/training her 5 dogs and 1 cat, bird watching, giving bug talks to kiddos, hiking, snowshoeing, cooking, and traveling.

Terri has been wonderful to work with. We were first time homebuyers feeling overwhelmed with the process, but Terri helped to make it smooth and easy. Terri was always available and was able to get us showings quickly (sometimes within the same day). She did research on each property before the showings so we knew what each home included. She was also very knowledgeable about the condition of properties while we were looking for a fixer upper. She is kind, trustworthy, and reliable. I would recommend Terri to anyone!
