She is a Colorado native who grew up in a real estate family in Fort Collins, Colorado and who has lived in Denver for 20 years. Her enthusiasm for Denver and Colorado is contagious. When she’s not helping her customers, Terra spends her time playing outside and being social. She loves rafting, camping, skiing, and anything else that gets her outdoors, and when she can’t get out of town, you can find her exploring Denver’s best restaurants and watering holes. Before her 8 years as a Realtor, Terra spent her 20s guiding people’s experiences outdoors as an outdoor educator, executive assistant, and in the classroom as a 4th-grade teacher. As a guide in the outdoor industry, she learned to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure. Her time as a teacher taught her how to comprehensively and cohesively present information to her clients and how to communicate effectively to get results. This diverse background has given her a depth of knowledge and skills that allow her to deliver an unbeatable customer experience buying or selling your home!

I have known Terra for years, and she is passionate about real estate and highly knowledgeable of the Denver market. Though I haven't used her to find a home personally, I have recommended her to several friends, all of whom have used her services to purchase their homes, and they were quite pleased.
