Terra is a Colorado native who grew up around the real estate business. She chose this career because she understands the business and loves to help people. It is her passion to make every real estate transaction an excellent experience for everyone involved. She works hard to predict the needs of her clients and goes above and beyond expectations to make sure they are taken care of.

Her enthusiasm for Denver and Colorado is contagious. As a passionate foodie, Terra has explored many of the restaurants and watering holes in all of Denver’s unique neighborhoods over the last 10 years. True to the Colorado lifestyle, she knows the best dog-friendly patios and all the best hikes. She will help make sure the location of your next home is the perfect fit!

Her journey to a real estate career included a career in outdoor education; working with kids, guiding sea kayaking, and other adventures. She has a Master of Education from the University of Colorado Denver and also spent some time inside the classroom educating our youth. As a guide in the outdoor industry, she learned to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure. Her time as a teacher taught her how to comprehensively and cohesively present information to her clients and communicate effectively to get results. This diverse background has given her a depth of knowledge and skills that allow her to deliver an unbeatable customer experience buying or selling your home!
