Fermin “Fed” Chavaria

After building a successful career in the corporate world, Fermin (aka “Fed”) decided to transition into real estate to follow his passion for helping people achieve their hopes and dreams through buying a home. A Colorado native who has lived in the Denver area for 20 years, Fermin is very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods, schools, night life, and unique feel of the various communities of Denver and the surrounding suburbs. Fermin’s clients appreciate his positive attitude, friendly personality, and dedication to helping them enjoy the home search. He believes that the most important thing he can do is to listen and truly understand the needs of his clients. His time in the business world taught him to hold high expectations for himself, and he has carried that into his real estate career with a commitment to making each transaction a wonderful experience.

While not in the office, Fermin enjoys time in the beautiful outdoors of Colorado, especially riding his motorcycle in the mountains or playing a round of golf. He is also an active volunteer mentor with the Boys and Girls Club of Denver and is passionate about supporting his community.
