Scott is awesome. He came from Denver to the Boulder area for me many times with no hesitation and helped me find the home I was looking for. He is knowledgable and easy to be around, anyone would be lucky to have him on their side during a decision like this.

Scott assisted me in all aspects of selling my home. He checked out the property and made suggestions for repairs that would improve the chances of a quick and profitable sale. He made arrangements for a plumber to come and address issues brought up during the buyer’s inspection. He personally cleaned the home from top to bottom (when multiple cleaners cancelled) before having professional pictures taken for the listing. He walked me through all the documents I had to sign and insured that I understood what I was signing. He got me a contract for the sale two days after he listed the property for $25,000 over list price. Scott was also the realtor that found me that property in Thornton when I moved to Colorado from Texas. He drove me around the Denver area and showed me multiple properties on my many trips to Denver during my house search. He was very patient with me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Denver area.

Let me first say that Scott is the most responsive, honest, straightforward, hard working realtor I have ever had the opportunity to work with!
