Denise is a Colorado native who grew up in West Arvada and she is passionate about the Denver housing market. She loves the state of Colorado and exploring all the great things it has to offer from skiing, hiking, golfing, and enjoying a Broncos or Avs game.
Denise grew up watching her parents acquire a real estate portfolio and learned how instrumental investing can be in achieving generational wealth. She has a BA in International Business and Economics from Cornell College and an MBA in Accounting/Finance from Regis University. Denise has an active CPA license and has worked as a consulting CFO for many years helping CEOs achieve their business vision. Using her financial, tax and accounting knowledge, she helps her clients make calculated decisions to achieve their real estate investment goals.
Denise calls Broomfield home and she can often be found at the soccer fields, golfing or hiking with her family and her dog, Molly. She thrives on helping others, making connections and would love to help you with your next real estate transaction.
