Billy Prohaska

I am a real estate agent and enthusiast, as I have been for most of my life. I’ve always believed in the power of owning your own home to diversify your wealth portfolio and increase your net worth. I love being able to assist all my clients, friends, and family with their big life-changing ventures.

I achieved my secondary education from the University of Iowa, graduating with a double major in Business Finance and Business Marketing. My first job right out of college was working with mortgages sold to the secondary market on Wall Street, primarily in the subprime sector. It was my responsibility to be a critical analyst of loan performance, and this position provided in-depth knowledge of the banking and lending side of real estate.

Since then, my life has taken many adventurous turns. Currently, I am a real estate agent here in beautiful and sunny Colorado. It gives me the greatest feeling to be able to lend my expertise and clarity to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate. I believe my value comes from an incurable desire to help people, as well as my ability to bring clear communication to situations that involve many moving parts and can often be a bit overwhelming.
