With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction. I also own a mortgage company, giving me an in-depth understanding of both real estate and financing, which allows me to provide a comprehensive service to my clients.

Early in my career, I had the opportunity to help build one of Colorado’s largest real estate firms, which provided invaluable insights into the local market. I’ve also managed several real estate offices across the Denver metro area, further expanding my network and understanding of the diverse needs of both agents and clients in the area.

Victoria moved to Denver in 2014 from Texas after graduating from chiropractic school. She runs a wellness practice with her husband, Andy, and dog, Izzie! As a transplant and an entrepreneur, Victoria loves helping fellow transplants, investors, and entrepreneurs find the perfect location for your home, investment, or business! Because of her own endeavors, she has extensive knowledge in different neighborhoods throughout the Denver Metro area.

Prior to Real Estate Development, William enjoyed a career as a licensed structural engineer in Denver, Colorado working with Martin/Martin and other leading firms. He has designed a range of different project types including apartment Buildings, Hotels, Offices, Convention Centers, Retail Spaces & Commercial Restaurants, Parking Garages, and Luxury Custom Homes. William holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver, as well as a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Caroline was traveling the world as a full-time painter making a home out of hundreds of unique places including Moroccan riads, Nepali tea houses, Laotian teepees and that one 4×4 converted camper truck around Africa. Her almost 4-year-long nomadic journey certainly opened her eyes to what makes a space feel like home and her real estate career is the perfect culmination of her travels.

I spent 24 years with an international shipping company, but during the pandemic, I found myself at a crossroads. Real estate was my first choice for a new career, and without a doubt, it has been the best decision I’ve ever made.

I’ve always believed in the power of owning your own home to diversify your wealth portfolio and increase your net worth. I love being able to assist all my clients, friends, and family with their big life-changing ventures.

Outside of Real Estate, I enjoy traveling, yoga, live music, and hiking the great Colorado outdoors with my sweet dog Freckles!
