Rachel is a proud Colorado transplant who’s passionate about helping young professionals and first-time buyers turn homeownership into a foundation for long-term financial security. Originally from Seattle, she made the move to Colorado in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the sunshine, the scenery, and the vibrant lifestyle this state offers.

Born and raised in the heart of Colorado, Ian embodies the true spirit of a native Coloradan. Brandon is a Colorado native and got involved in real estate at a young age. He has acquired 15 years of real estate experience all in different aspects of Real Estate. Along with Brandon working with homeowners and investors to acquire real estate, he also owned a contracting company for ten years and spent time in financing.

Before entering real estate, I built a robust business career in sales, manufacturing, quality control, and administrative leadership. This background gives me a strong attention to detail and a practical understanding of processes that are invaluable during the home buying and selling journey.

Stefan takes pride in making the real estate process smooth, transparent, and as stress-free as possible. His background in business and client service allows him to provide thoughtful guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or homeowners preparing to sell, he brings professionalism and attention to detail to every deal.

Michelle grew up in Germany the first 13 years of her life, then lived in Florida for over 40 years. It was her and her husband’s dream to move to Colorado, after having visited several times and falling in love with the mountains.

Growing up in Texas, Julia spent many summers going on family road trips across Colorado, and ski trips in the winter. This is when her love for the outdoors and mountains began. She later attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, which is when Colorado first became her home.
