It's a shame there are only 5 stars to give! As a military family, we have done our fair share of moving. I can say without a doubt that Gina Roth is one of the best there is. We now own our dream home at an amazing price because of her keen eye and great advice. She was extraordinarily thoughtful, detailed, and helpful from start to finish in our homebuying process. She answered all of our many questions with great care, teaching us along the way. She is an astute professional with unmatched work ethic and her positivity is absolutely infectious. Without her, I don’t think we could have ever successfully navigated the complexities of our situation involving a deployment, moving across the country, and starting a new job. She has the best recommendations for all the ins and outs that come with a move! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, driven, and focused realtor. I hope to work with Gina again in the future!

We were coming from out of state and didn't know what we wanted initially. Gina was extremely helpful from the get-go, even when we changed our tune and went with a new build that took almost a year to finish. She was there for us every step of the way, being our eyes when we couldn't be here in person. Anyone moving to the Denver metro area would benefit from having Gina as their agent. If we ever move (Gina, I hope we don't...at least not anytime soon!), she'll be our go-to for selling as well.

I was referred to Gina by my uncle, who is a Your Castle Employee at the Lakewood Office. I don't believe he knew Gina very well, but he asked around based off of the qualities I said I wanted my agent to have, and Gina was recommended. Those recommendations proved to be more than warranted. Gina is a true pleasure to work with, was always bright and cheery even when we have showings at 8 AM because I wanted to go skiing, and truly cares about her clients and finding them the right property. This is the second property I have bought in Denver, and Gina helped make the process from submitting the offer through closing seem almost seamless.
