When he’s not out coaching his kids’ sports teams or planning his next trip (he’s visited over 80 countries!), you’ll find him diving into the numbers that drive smart financial and real estate decisions.
With a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Penn State University and years of experience as a licensed CPA and Fractional CFO, Rick brings a unique blend of financial acumen and strategic insight to every real estate transaction. His analytical approach helps clients make informed, confident choices whether buying, selling, or investing.
