I was born in Kraków, raised in Chicago, and made Colorado my home in 2020—drawn here, like so many others, by the mountains, the lifestyle, and the strong sense of community. Being fluent in both English and Polish allows me to connect with a wide range of clients and bring an extra layer of comfort and trust to the process. Before becoming a Realtor, I built my career in the service industry—teaching yoga, working high-energy events, and caring for families as a trusted nanny. My business grew almost entirely through word-of-mouth referrals, which taught me the true power of building relationships rooted in integrity, hard work, and dependability. Those values now define the way I serve my real estate clients.

Aaron grew up in Wisconsin but has proudly called Denver home since 2008. A retired Army veteran, Aaron brings discipline, integrity, and a service-first mindset to every real estate transaction. His passion for helping people—combined with his deep appreciation for Denver’s diverse neighborhoods—makes him a trusted guide for buyers and sellers alike.

Growing up in Granby Jesse has a deep history in our colorful state. Being a local, he has seen our mountains change, and cities grow from cow towns to destinations for people across the world.

With almost 4 decades of watching Colorado’s real estate market change, Bobby Neues brings a unique perspective to the industry. As a seasoned real estate investor since 2012, he gained 10 years of hands-on experience before transitioning to a successful real estate agent career. Bobby excels in remodels, creative financing, syndication, market trends, rentals, and portfolio analysis.

Born and raised in Colorado, I’ve spent much of my life in Northern Colorado and the Denver area and worked in the hospitality and tech industries before making the jump to real estate. I like to think my varied careers and interests are a reflection of my curiosity and love of learning about people and new ideas. From a psychology degree to level 1 sommelier training and music taste that runs the gamut, there really isn’t much I’ll say no to trying!

Micah’s history and attachment to real estate go well into his roots. His grandfather ran a large brokerage out of Cincinnati, Ohio, and his father was very successful in the commercial sector. Prior to joining the New Era Group, Micah led the southwest sales team for one of the largest dairy farms in Colorado – honing his communication skills and developing a love of analytics. He also spent time as a Chef where his dedication to service was unmatched.
