A Colorado resident for more than 30 years, he began his career at the United States Air Force Academy as an electrician before discovering his true calling in both fitness and real estate. While building a successful personal training business, Jonathan recognized that personal trainers often lack a clear retirement plan, so he began investing in rental properties to secure his financial future. Over the past two decades, his portfolio—constantly evolving—now includes nine rental units and a mountain lodge in Bailey, CO.

Kevin has a diverse background as a pilot and FAA certified flight instructor, fortune 100 supply chain manager, and an MBA in finance. Hailing from Illinois, Kevin is familiar with the challenges of moving a family long distance. Kevin is married with two boys and two puppies who presently dominate most of Kevin’s free time, but he still maintains a wide range of interests including the outdoors, woodworking, technology, cars, and home audio. Most recently, he has direct experience as a business owner focused on real estate investing with rehabbing distressed properties and as a long-distance landlord.
