• Familiar with the Local Market – Make sure your agent knows the area, the neighborhood, potential growth, builder info, and local market conditions.
• Communicates Often and Well – In the age of technology, you want someone who is going to call you back in a timely manner. Am I saying they are going to be available 24/7? No, even agents’ need some down time but they will respond in the method you prefer.
• Truthful – You want someone who will tell you the truth, even if it is hard to hear.
