John Stegner is a superhero! He can leap over a skyscraper in a single bound, outrun a bullet train and he has x-ray vision to discern the finest properties. Well, perhaps, he can only leap over tall buildings and outrun trains on the night of the new moon on a Tuesday on odd numbered months.
