Not only is it scorching hot outside, but the local real estate market is also SIZZILING! We’re nearing the middle of the summer season and it looks like Denver’s market is going to continue its record-setting pace through the rest of the year and beyond. Properties are still selling as quickly as they hit the market and I suspect that the Average Days on Market (DOM) may very well tumble to 30 days or less before the end of summer.
