Sarah Garratt

For 19 years I have been working as a real estate broker helping home buyers and sellers in the Greater Denver Metro Area. I work with first-time home buyers, investors, developers, seasoned buyers and sellers moving on and up in the market. I love navigating people through the home buying and selling process. It’s important to me to educate clients about the market, actively listen to understand each person’s goals and dreams and help them achieve those through real estate. I have assisted people buying and selling homes from Boulder, Longmont and Erie all the way down to Castle Rock Parker, Littleton and everywhere in between. I also have an intimate knowledge of Central Denver neighborhoods and understand what makes each of those neighborhoods unique and special. I have lived in Colorado since 1979, growing up in Boulder and eventually moving to Denver after graduating with a degree in History from the University of Arizona. I have lived in various parts of central Denver since that time and have seen our beautiful state grow and change immensely. I love the outdoor life that Colorado offers and try to get outside to play as often as I can. I enjoy traveling, in the state for road trips and all over the world (when possible). I snowboard and hike, enjoy concerts at Red Rocks and wandering around the Denver Art Museum or Botanic Gardens. I also enjoy trying new restaurants and people-watching at Washington Park on the weekends.
