Sam grew up in Southern California, but the Rocky Mountains called his name early on and he moved to Colorado in 1999. Sam earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colorado State University and has been engaged in entrepreneurial endeavors ever since.
Over time, Sam’s career focus has shifted to his passion for helping people. He has worked as an educator and as a home inspector but helping his real estate clients is his true calling. His patience and breadth of knowledge are a true value add to anyone who is lucky enough to call Sam their agent.
Sam enjoys spending time with his wife, Kimberly and son, George. When he is not helping his clients, Sam loves the outdoors; hiking, camping and rafting during the summer; snowboarding and backcountry hut trips in the winter.

My brothers and I had to sell our mom's home. Sam gave us a suggested price to list her home. He had an open house on Friday and by Sunday evening we had 2 offers over $13,000 our asking price. He made sure we understood everything as we went through the process. The closing was a breeze. He will be our agent from this point forward.
My husband and I recently sold our home in Castle Rock and purchased a new home in Littleton with Sam as our agent on both sides. We could not have been more pleased with the process! He was super-responsive with our questions, we got our Castle Rock home under contract within 24 hours of listing it at asking, and we were able to find the perfect home for our family's next chapter.
It was excellent working with Sam in selling our house. He did an extensive amount of advertising, open houses, and showings. We had an unusual experience with our first offer/contract. This wasn’t a straightforward deal. The buyers with their agent presented a lot of unusual issues and concerns. When there were disagreements about certain documents, Sam was patient and worked through some tough problems with the buyers and their agent. Sam’s response to handle all of these matters and move ahead was tremendous with this chaotic situation. Unfortunately at the eleventh hour the buyers ultimately backed out of the agreement and defaulted under the contract.
We decided to remove our listing off the market for six months and at that time relisted again with Sam. This time we quickly received an offer and went under contract. Once we got into escrow, Sam was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the buyer’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. The sale went quickly and smooth.
His professionalism, knowledge of the real estate market, working manner with other real estate agents, attention to detail and positive energy is first-rate.
