A Colorado resident for more than 30 years, he began his career at the United States Air Force Academy as an electrician before discovering his true calling in both fitness and real estate. While building a successful personal training business, Jonathan recognized that personal trainers often lack a clear retirement plan, so he began investing in rental properties to secure his financial future. Over the past two decades, his portfolio—constantly evolving—now includes nine rental units and a mountain lodge in Bailey, CO.

Kevin has a diverse background as a pilot and FAA certified flight instructor, fortune 100 supply chain manager, and an MBA in finance. Hailing from Illinois, Kevin is familiar with the challenges of moving a family long distance. Kevin is married with two boys and two puppies who presently dominate most of Kevin’s free time, but he still maintains a wide range of interests including the outdoors, woodworking, technology, cars, and home audio. Most recently, he has direct experience as a business owner focused on real estate investing with rehabbing distressed properties and as a long-distance landlord.

Kyle brings a steady, service minded approach to real estate shaped by several years of leadership in healthcare and military service. Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys time with family, golfing, and exploring everything Colorado has to offer. Learn more here…

Outside of work, you’ll often find me coaching soccer, exploring new hiking trails with my pup, finding great local restaurants, or catching Premier League matches on TV. These passions keep me energized, connected to the community, and grounded in what makes Colorado such an incredible place to live.

Growing up in a family where integrity, trust, kindness, and hospitality were at the forefront, my goal is to extend those values to others by providing an outstanding customer service experience. I am invested in connecting and understanding my client’s needs to create an informed, thorough, and joyful experience for all. I am focused on staying current and understanding several Colorado markets including all Denver neighborhoods, from market data to the best restaurants and hot spots.

I have lived in Colorado since 1979, growing up in Boulder and eventually moving to Denver after graduating with a degree in History from the University of Arizona. I have lived in various parts of central Denver since that time and have seen our beautiful state grow and change immensely. I love the outdoor life that Colorado offers and try to get outside to play as often as I can. I enjoy traveling, in the state for road trips and all over the world (when possible). I snowboard and hike, enjoy concerts at Red Rocks and wandering around the Denver Art Museum or Botanic Gardens. I also enjoy trying new restaurants and people-watching at Washington Park on the weekends.
