Nicole Laydon

Nicole is a Colorado native who grew up in Littleton and received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Speech Communication from Colorado State University. After meeting her husband, a fellow CSU alum, the pair lived in the Wash Park area and Nicole worked as the Promotions Director for Channel 93.3, KTCL. Following her stint in radio Nicole and her husband moved to Los Angeles. While there Nicole was the National Publicity Coordinator for Paramount Pictures and worked on the marketing campaigns for everything from the Transformers franchise to True Grit.

Upon moving back to Denver Nicole decided to use her past experiences in marketing and publicity to pursue a career in real estate. As someone who lives and plays in the Denver metro area Nicole is passionate about the city she calls home and is committed to helping her clients find the lifestyle they truly desire. She utilizes all of her experience in marketing million dollar films to ensure that her clients receive the red carpet treatment, fully dedicated to the highest levels of client service, care, and the undivided attention to detail they deserve.
