Neil Smith brings the same care and attention to detail to real estate that he brought to his patients during a 20+ year career as a physician assistant. For Neil, improving his clients’ lives by helping them find the right home or investment property is a continuation of his years of passionate service in the healthcare field.

Although Neil has lived in Colorado and Denver metro for over 24 years, he still loves seeing people experience Colorado’s Front Range for the first time and sharing in their excitement.

As a real estate investor himself, Neil has a special interest in helping his clients build wealth through strategic real estate investments. He has a diverse real estate background with expertise in short-term rentals, medium-term (think travel-nurse housing) and long-term rentals. Neil also earned his MBA from the University of Colorado Executive program and was a serial entrepreneur in the allergy-care space. His work ethic and business acumen make him a great ally to his clients in all types of real estate transactions.

Neil currently lives in Erie with his wife, Heidi, their two kids and their dog Milo. In his free time, Neil enjoys living the Colorado lifestyle, mountain biking, gravel biking, skiing and flyfishing to name a few of his favorite activities.
