He has the technology side of the business nailed (i.e. comprehensive and timely listing searches) and excels at client service and attention to detail as well. After looking at multiple properties in several neighborhoods, John suggested we work with a builder that could give us exactly what we wanted in a home. Construction projects are never easy, and John worked with us throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of things and stepped in to give us advice or speak with the builder whenever we asked. He also helped with some challenging negotiations as the project moved along. We couldn’t have asked for more from a realtor, and would definitely work with him again.
