Joe Nix

My family has been in the construction industry since 1976, primarily residential remodeling and new construction, I grew up learning the essentials for any successful business: honesty, integrity and hard work. For the last ten years, we have focused on purchasing and developing both single-family and multi-family projects. As a result of these opportunities, I have acquired multiple investment properties and become very familiar with the issues involved in home and investment property ownership.

A Colorado resident since 2001, I love being outdoors, spending my spare time hiking, camping, sport climbing, bouldering and skiing. When I’m not out in the wild, I enjoy working on my cars and reading. My goal is to read at least one book a week — I love to learn and am committed to expanding my knowledge in a variety of fields.
