As a third generation Colorado native, Chad has an inherent appreciation of the colorful state and knowledge of the Denver Metro Area. Chad grew up in Littleton, Colorado, though he left to attend college in San Diego, California, he found himself magnetized back to Colorado thereafter.
Chad’s passion for Real Estate sparked early on in life from admiring his grandmother’s career as a Colorado Realtor®. Continuing in his grandmother’s footsteps, Chad obtained his real estate license and became a Realtor®.
