Brian Lehnerz has lived in the Denver area for over 30 years and he is intimately familiar with the local market. He is dedicated to owning and operating THE premier real estate agency in Colorado. Brian prides himself on always being ahead of the competition; from having the most reputable customer service standards in the industry, to getting to know every one of his clients on a personal level.
Brian received his B.A. from Pomona College in Claremont, California where he anxiously counted the days until he could move back to Colorado. He has since been a long-time business owner with a proven track record of selling even the most complex products. After several years working with Fortune 500 companies in the technology sector and learning how to service and support Executive level clientele, Brian decided to pursue his dream of servicing clients on a more personal level; investing in their family's future through real estate. Darren studied business, construction management and finance at Cal State University Fullerton, while pursuing a business management degree. He is the founder and former president of Coastline Window, Inc., a California based company that distributes various types of building materials and supplies to developers, contractors and homeowners. He holds and maintains a General Contractors license both in California and Colorado.
Darren founded Woodland Homes, Inc., a custom home building company in Colorado that designed and built several high end custom homes along the Front Range, one of which was nominated by the Home Builders Association for The Parade of Homes in 2009. His diversity in the home building industry has allowed him to establish strong relationships with other custom home builders, top designers, architects, county officials, corporate personnel, and of course many real estate professionals. He participated regularly in real estate transactions; he researched market trends, creative financing, tax incentives, lending practices, and developed skills in real estate consulting. His extensive experience as a general contractor, home builder and his critical eye for detail has allowed Darren the invaluable ability to recognize intrinsic value as well as areas of potential defect when evaluating a home for purchase.

John Stenger Sr. has a Masters Degree in Developemental Planning from Colorado State University and is a past Member of its Board of Governors. During his tenure as a fee-based Financial Planner with the Heartland Companies of Aurora, Colorado, he earned the designation of Certified Financial Educator (CFE) and taught Financial Wellness Classes for Colorado State University, Aurora Community College and Aims Community College.
John and his wife Bonnie have been a part of the Fort Collins community for over 50 years. They continue to live on the family farm where they ran a large commercial dairy for 25 years. During that same period, they helped found and were co-presidents of the School Board for Riverdell School, a British Primary Grade School, which today has over 150 students. They enjoy spending time with their four children and their spouses, seven grandchildren, three dogs and one dignified fat cat.
