Michael is a well-rounded real estate professional with 9 years of experience including seller and buyer representation, mortgage financing, and real estate investment consulting. He understands how to make real estate work and enjoys negotiating successful transactions for his clients.

Born and raised in a small, farming community in Iowa, Michael took to the road after college and lived and worked in a couple of big cities – Boston and Chicago – before eventually landing in Denver 20 years ago.  “Denver’s a special place:   A great urban experience, some incredibly cozy neighborhoods, a thriving sports, tourism, and convention city, and we’ve become the craft brew capital of the world.  There’s much more, of course, but that’s one true way to describe this great city.  What a place to live and work and be of service to others!”

The compliment Michael hears most often from his clients is that he provides for them peace of mind by being thorough — crossing the “t”s and dotting the “i”s.   “To me, the details are of great importance in providing the valuable information that drives my clients’ choices.  And with the big investment of one’s home and community, I feel the satisfaction of helping them navigate and choose wisely based on their preferences.”

Michael enjoys being a resource for people getting around in the city.  “Denver has come far in the direction of making this a place with transportation options that allow for affordable, sustainable, and enjoyable:”

– The Light Rail system

Urban development that considers walkability factors

Thousands of miles of bicycle trails

Denver B-cycle bike share program

Ride Share and Car Share programs (car2go, ZipCar, Lyft, etc.) contribute to reducing the carbon footprint, and make Denver a fun city within which to get around.

When Michael is not doing real estate he enjoys hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking, golfing, and taking in the restaurant scene in Denver’s vibrant, cultural creatives neighborhoods.

Bought and sold a Townhouse home in 2017 in Hampden South, Denver, CO

Michael is extremely professional and knowledgeable. His experience as a lender informed his knowledge of how to write an attractive offer that got the seller's attention. There were a few hurdles to overcome in our recent purchase and he handled them with care. Buying a home is a stressful experience and it was comforting to have Michael on my team. I can now lay my head to rest in my new home and I have Michael to thank. It is rare to find someone who knows all sides of real estate as well as he does. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Denver Metro area!

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Bailey, CO

Michael was great to work with on the purchase of our mountain home in Colorado. He was very attentive to the requirements we had identified in finding the right property. He immediately notified us when new properties that met our criteria were listed and got us in to see the property right away which was very important considering the booming housing market in the Denver area. When we found the right property the purchase/closing transaction went very smooth and he was there guiding us through the entire process. If you are looking for a property in the Denver area I highly recommend contacting and working with Michael Cordle.

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Conifer, CO

3 Years ago, we decided to check out Colorado as a place to live. We visited a local (CO) realtor group and were introduced to Michael. We explained that we were not ready to move, but were interested, and would he be able to assist. Knowing that we lived a thousand miles away and that it may be at least a couple of years before we would be ready, Michael did not bat an eye; "of course, no problem".For those years, Michael kept us apprised of market conditions, enrolled us in a system that would notify us of emerging properties and would tweak those results based on our ever changing preferences and financial statuses. He would answer our inquiries quickly and would check in on us from time to time. Finally, when the time came and we were ready to become "active buyers", Michael kept us focused and, on the occasions we were able to fly out to check out properties, would always be at the ready. He came to know us, our likes and dislikes, and, when the time came, advised us on the best way to present an attractive offer to the seller, including finding reputable, local finance, insurance and inspection agencies.Additionally, Michael provided valuable insight into Colorado Mountain living with respects to Water, Internet, Electric and other little nuances that we may not have thought about coming from the Midwest.

I would highly recommend Michael

Michael Cordle represented me when buying my first home. His attention to detail before, during and after closing made me feel more confident and comfortable when it came to such a big decision. His knowledge of both real estate and finance made my closing very simple because I really felt that I understood the entire deal.Michael's negotiating skills were top notch and he knew exactly how to structure the arrangement to save both time and money, and also potential headaches. I really felt like I got exactly what I wanted in a house and never felt as though my requests were burdensome or inconvenient or that I was asking for too much.I would highly recommend Michael Cordle to any home buyer or seller, because he made the process of buying a home easy, understandable and personal. And, he made sure I got the best deal possible! Thanks Michael!
